Which GripFixer size you should choose, is determined by the size of your hands and fingers. You need to measure the length of the last joint of your thumb.

Length of the outer part of the thumb in centimeters: 

• Less than 2,4 cm = Size Small 
• More than 2,4cm = Size Medium
