Welcome to GripFixer! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, as well as your purchase of GripFixer products. 3. Orders and Payment

3.3. Order Fulfillment: If you purchase multiple products and one or more are unavailable, the full amount will not be collected until all products have been shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Return Policy
5.1. Cancellation Rights: As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or someone on your behalf) receive the product.
5.2. Multiple Products: If you order multiple products and we cannot deliver all at once, the cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive the last product.
5.3. National Holidays: If the cancellation period expires on a national holiday in the seller’s country, it is extended until the following business day.
6. How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation

You may also use the EU-required standard cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. The cancellation period is considered observed if you send us a message within the 14 days and ship the products back shortly thereafter.
7. Returning Products and Shipping Costs
7.1. Return Shipping: If you wish to return a product, you must send or deliver it to Amagerfælledvej 19, 2. th, 2300 København S, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return.
7.2. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Products cannot be sent as “recipient pays shipping” or without delivery to our address.
8. Refund Process
Upon receiving your cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including payment and initial shipping costs. Refunds will be processed shortly after we receive the product, using the same payment method as the initial transaction unless you request otherwise. You will not incur any fees related to the transfer of funds.
9. Product Testing and Packaging
When returning a product, its value may decrease due to handling. You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a physical store. If the product is handled in a way that decreases its resale value, we may only refund an amount less than the original paid amount.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, and you should ensure that the package is securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package until we receive it, so please save the receipt from the postal service and/or tracking number.
10. Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, local commerce law applies. You have a 24-month warranty, provided you contact us within two months of discovering the fault or damage. For more information, please contact us through contact for on our page or via email.
If the RMA is deemed justified and the fault cannot be fixed without returning the product, reasonable shipping expenses will be refunded to you. Please ensure the product is carefully packaged and request a receipt for shipping, including shipping costs and, if possible, a tracking number.
11. Complaint Procedures

The EU-Commissions online complaint portal can also be used. This is especially relevant for consumers living in a EU country other than ours. Complaints can be submitted here – https://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint you must enter our e-mail address gripfixer@gripfixer.com.
